Bookings

While it may be hard sometimes to keep track of all bookings, Customers are encouraged to let someone know as soon as they walk into the shop that they have bookings as this will reduce the waiting time.

Refund

While we aim to provide the best service we possibly can, We also understand that sometimes things dont go to plan and customers might not be happy.

Please note Justi's Hair and Beauty Salon Swindon Offers no refund policy in any treatment carried out unless in Exceptional circumstances then we May perhaps offer a partial refund. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your treatment then we will be happy to rectify the problem or offer you other options.

As soon as you walk out of the door' We will assume that you are happy with the service provided.

But in anycase that you are not happy with any services that have been provided then please make us awre before you pay so we can adjust it or rectify any issues to your satisfaction or remove any coatings or enhancement that has been applied. but in anycase you will have 24hrs to come back to us or let us know if there are any problems so we can rectify it as quickly as possible.

No refund will be given because there is a change of mind .

We will re do any service at no extra cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of work we do provided that you make us aware immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of work.
